Create a custom field under variations tab not for each variation

I’m trying to create a custom checkbox under the Variations tab below the drop down that says Add Variation in the highlighted red area I mentioned in the attached image.

What hook do I need to achieve this.

Note: I don’t want this checkbox in the drop down, I want it below the drop down a separate checkbox which `should not be repeated for each variation.
