Question

Please I need help, I want to display my categories 3 in a row on mobile view and 5 or 6 in a row on computer view, and when clicked on should display on the respective subcategories without any post at all, then when I click on the Subcategories it’ll display the posts under that particular subcategory.
Is this possible?
I’m using WordPress.
