Can WordPress term menu orders be changed?

WordPress’s default category page seen above.
(product_cat) category page for WooCommerce seen above.

As can be seen in the picture below, there is a drag and drop button to reposition the categories in the image below.

In this way, I can position each category one by one and separately at the front.

Why isn’t there such a button in the WordPress classic category panel? Does WooCommerce add this for itself?
