Blog Posts – Title Missing

I’m attempting to troubleshoot where the title field isn’t showing. Instead, I am seeing tabs for Standard, Aside, Image, Video, Quote, Link, Gallery and Audio. (see pic)

It seems that the issue just arose. Not sure if the client updated anything recently.

Theme: Active Charity

I’ve deleted all inactive plugins.

Additional info:
-Neither Screen Options nor Help activate upon click.
-WooCommerce plugin needs to be updated.
-There is a crapload of plugins loaded on the site.
