Simply i have directorist plugin which allows me to create listings, The problem is when i try to add Audio/Video in the litings from the media library or even outside of the website it doesn’t want to be played. on the other hand if i added the same Audio/video to a regular wordpress post it works just fine.

i have tried to troubleshoot for any plugins conflicts, i only activated the directorist plugin and tried but the same problem still exist, does anybody knows what might be causing the problem.
