I am hoping someone has some ideas about a problem I’m having.

My site has 2 admin accounts, the original admin account and one made recently. The site recently underwent a full https conversion.

Now the OG Admin has a missing admin toolbar on the frontend. Everything is fine when you’re in the dashboard, but the minute you go to visit site or view post the admin toolbar at the top disappears. (It looks like you’re logged out, but if I go back in the browser I’m in the dashboard again without having to log in.)

The other, newer admin account, has no issues. The admin toolbar is there on every page/post.

I’ve read all about the missing toolbar and troubleshooting (plugins, footer, etc.) but am not sure any of those solutions apply. It looks like this is a user type of issue.

Any ideas much appreciated.
