How do you remove the via WooCommerce text in Apple Pay in the pay section? Also when I’m not in test mode Apple Pay pops up real quick and goes away.

Hi, I have a website designed with a WORD PRESS template I want to change all the visibility of the store (this is a very old fashioned site) All pages are existing and designed so I do not want to change anything for now. I want to work on the store in terms of the display of everything that is relevant, the products, the categories itself with the filters, can I just work on the store without changing things on the site?
